Warehouse/ Moorage/ Yard Leasing Warehouse Space In the photo above you can see our big blue warehouse in the background. Our 500 foot-long warehouse is divided into three sections: approximately 10,000 sf, 20,000 sf, and 20,000 sf. It has a clear ceiling height of 37 feet, with no posts in the interior. The warehouse space is only offered through a long-term lease for commercial/industrial uses. Currently, the warehouse is fully leased. Moorage In the photo above the fishing vessel Storm Petrel is moored dockside at Ferguson Terminal. We have 335 feet of dock space available for commercial vessels in close proximity to the Ballard Locks and Lake Union. Moorage is only offered through a long term lease and the dock is currently leased. Yard Space Our yard area is fenced, paved, well drained, and very clean. Minimum size offered for lease is 5000 sf. Currently our yard area is fully leased.
